In India Tourism is a great industry and as per the world Travel and Tourism Council in 2011 calculation the tourism generates $121 billion or 6.4% of the nation's GDP. Tourism was responsible for employment, 39,3 million jobs, 7.9% employment was done in this year. Between 1990 to 2011 the GDP of the tourism sector has expanded 229% level.In the next decade this sector is estimating to increase an average annual rate of 7,7%. Between 2011 to 2021 the World Travel and Tourism Council predicted the annual growth to be 8,8%.This reuslts India the fifth position among the all countries with the fastest growing tourism industry.In 2015 India has a large medical tourism sector which is estimate to develop the estimated rate of 30% annually to reach about 9,500 crore.
